It is aged for 8 years.Master Distiller Dave Scheurich, former General Manager and Distiller for The Woodford Reserve Distillery, came out of retirement to craft the company’s products using time-honored Tennessee traditions.While planning the site of the distillery in Pulaski, Tennessee, the founders are using whiskey that was 100% cooked, fermented, distilled, char-filtered using the Lincoln County method, barreled and aged in Tennessee from an undisclosed source.
